Do you have current Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or your state certifications? Or, could you renew them easily? We are seeking trained professionals who are ready to build on their current experience in our world-class customer contact center. As the subject-matter expert, you'll field questions and share your expertise. Responsibilities include providing diagnostic/vehicle repair recommendations to dealer technicians.
