Automotive Parts Agents

This position provides parts and service assistance and supports an automotive contact center serving dealerships in the United States and Canada. Prior experience in an automotive dealership parts department or aftermarket parts counter environment is preferred. Must be flexible, organized and able to multitask; analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary. Strong customer service skills are important, and computer proficiency is a must (a typing test will be administered). Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Full- and part-time positions are available. Call Center Interviewers

Bilingual Technical Automotive Consultant

Do you have current Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications? Do you speak French-Canadian fluently? We are seeking a bilingual Technical Automotive Consultant who is ready to build on his/her current experience in our customer contact center. Responsibilities of this full-time opportunity include providing diagnostic/vehicle repair recommendations to dealer technicians. Solutions are derived by accessing technical databases, Web sites and diagnostic flowcharts, as well as through the consultant's own experience.

High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two ASE certifications, a valid driver's license, 3+ years of recent automotive technician experience in a dealership setting, knowledge of strategy-based diagnostics methodology and electronic service manuals, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of Microsoft Office with typing proficiency. Knowledge of OnStar is preferred. Proficiency in speaking and writing French-Canadian is a must for this position. Competitive wages, health insurance and other benefits are provided.
