Automotive Customer Care Agents

Seeking graduates of automotive service technician degree programs. Experience in auto service centers or repair shops desired. This position provides excellent customer service and support by phone and computer applications in a call center environment. Candidates must be proactive, results-minded, flexible, organized and able to multitask; analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary. Computer proficiency is a must (a computer/typing test will be administered). Must be available to work between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Full-time positions (40 hours) with benefits.
