Do you have current Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or your state certifications? Or, could you renew them easily? We are seeking trained professionals who are ready to build on their current experience in our world-class customer contact center. As the subject-matter expert, you'll field questions and share your expertise. Responsibilities include providing diagnostic/vehicle repair recommendations to dealer technicians. Solutions are derived by accessing technical databases, websites and diagnostic flowcharts, as well as through your own experience.

ParTech Analysts & ACDelco Consultants

ParTech Analysts: Full-time technical role supports an automotive dealer parts catalog contact center that serves dealerships in the United States and Canada. Position provides parts catalog assistance and performs corrective actions to resolve catalog discrepancies.

  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership parts department or aftermarket parts counter environment a must.

ACDelco Consultants: Full-time position responsible for providing assistance with product information, warranty policies and procedures, and general parts application.

Program Coordinator - Exhibits, Displays & Experiences

This position reports to the program manager, and works with clients and internal staff to design and facilitate projects/services produced in the center: portable events, exhibit services, special event services, exhibit design and build services, and mobile marketing events. Experience working with the goods and services produced in this center is important. Position requires administrative responsibilities; strong multitasking and organizational skills are necessary. This new position is located on the Saginaw campus and requires a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leading contact center projects and people.

Skills and requirements for success:

  • At least five years management and leadership of both personnel and operations in a contact center; with multiple projects and a matrix environment

Information Technology Solutions Analyst

This full-time position is located on the Saginaw campus and is responsible for the following:

  • Helping external and internal clients define their business requirements to facilitate the design and development of appropriate solutions
  • Proactively researching and exploring new technologies
  • Designing, developing, testing and implementing IT-based business solutions
  • Ensuring project expectations are completed to the mutual satisfaction of both the client (deliverables, timeliness) and Morley (within budget)

  • Preparing and maintaining all system/application documentation for the systems and applications supported
  • Maintaining and offering enhancements to existing applications

Skills for Success:

  • Seven to 10 years' experience in application development or related IT position
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Leadership experience preferred

Graphic Design & Production Artist

Seeking an expert-level graphic design and production artist to join Morley's Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate is an advanced user of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Bridge, Acrobat and PowerPoint, and is able to produce a multitude of project types including traditional print, web page design, large format graphics, interactive PDFs and presentations.

Extensive knowledge of styling and working smart for quick and easy editing is a must, and the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, adhere to company and client branding guidelines, contribute to new assignments on an ongoing basis and work proficiently within tight deadlines is essential.
