By late afternoon on Saturday, Julie had printers and supplies lined up and ready to reprint the collateral on Sunday for Monday delivery. She then spent Sunday doing press checks with the printer. Through her professional, positive attitude in committing to provide this client with exceptional service and high-quality products despite the time crunch, all the on-site collateral - letterhead/envelopes, Program of Event booklets, name badges, bag tags, cash envelopes - was delivered to the ship on time. |
Heidi E.The weekend before a client's cruise program was to depart, the client requested substantial changes to program collateral (e.g., letterhead and envelopes, Program of Events booklets, program signage, etc.) that had already been printed. Since the original design included the use of silver metallic ink and spot varnishing that normally requires about a week to print and dry properly, all the revised files needed to be altered to accommodate a different print technique. Heidi worked throughout the weekend to reformat the designs in a way that kept the same look of previously printed collateral, but required less drying time. Due to Heidi's commitment to excellence, creativity and teamwork, all the on-site collateral was delivered to the ship on time. |
Monica G.The call center associates have experienced remarkable changes in the year that Monica has been a manager. Her positive outlook, spirit of teamwork and willingness to go far above and beyond her assigned duties has created a positive, supportive work environment.
