    • Roadside customer service: Take calls from stranded drivers who need your help with a tow or other concern. Work second or third shift to earn a premium rate.
    • Auto customer assistance: Answer vehicle owner questions regarding a recent purchase, or contact customers and dealers with important info on warranties, recalls, etc.
    • Insurance-related customer service: Research and respond to customer questions about medical insurance, benefits and quality care.

    Required experience:
