It might not be the most exciting topic, but it’s clearly the most important to guarantee that your meetings are produced correctly. We have developed our meeting management systems over the past 40 years to make things as straightforward as possible. Our methods and systems are designed to be extremely detail conscious to ensure that you can focus on meeting content rather than travel logistics, and your participants can focus on the business at hand.
The majority of group travel events are designed for between 100 and 500 participants. As a result, most travel systems are designed with this group size in mind. We cut our teeth on large travel programs, typically between 1,000 and 10,000 participants. In fact, back in 1972 we completed our first big move of over 16,000 people. For those of you who weren’t in the travel business back then, there were no desktop computers, cell phones or PDAs.
However, we did have the best technology of the day at our disposal (mainframe computers) and we developed our own systems to account for each person, his or her air transportation and ground reservations. Since then, we have continued to innovate by designing and using technology to support our clients. So when you’ve got thousands of people to move and you want the experience to still feel special, we’re more than ready to take your call.
